4 Sebab Kenapa Kesetiaan Pelanggan Sangat Penting Kepada Perniagaan

Pernahkah anda tertanya-tanya mengapa sesetengah perniagaan yang terletak di kawasan yang mungkin tidak begitu kondusif untuk perniagaan tapi mendapat sambutan yang baik, sementara yang lain diletakkan di jalan raya utama di mana lalu lintas berjalan kaki dan kenderaan terjamin tetapi dalam masa enam bulan mereka telah gulong tikar dan tempat tersebut diiklan untuk disewa atau dijual? Kebenaran perkara ini ialah kejayaan tidak selalu ditentukan oleh lokasi anda semata-mata – walaupun ia memainkan peranan penting – tetapi lebih kerap daripada tidak ditentukan oleh kesetiaan pelanggan.

Berikut adalah empat (4) sebab kesetiaan pelanggan penting untuk perniagaan anda:

1. Pertama dan terpenting adalah hakikat bahawa pelanggan yang setia adalah pelanggan berulang (repeat customer). Mereka mengetahui tentang amalan perniagaan anda, mengenai apa yang diharapkan dari barang atau perkhidmatan anda, kelebihan dan kelemahan, dan mereka akan melakukan perniagaan dengan anda sedemikian rupa sehingga ia merupakan transaksi yang saling memuaskan.

2. Semasa anda menjalin hubungan dengan pelanggan anda, anda juga akan menjalin hubungan dengan keluarga pelanggan. Oleh itu, adalah tidak mustahil untuk seorang isteri yang membuat cucian kering (dry cleaning) keluarga membawa bersama ibunya, ibu mertua, ibu saudara, dan teman wanita kepada perniagaan anda. Apabila suami pergi untuk mengambil cucian kering itu, dia menjadi akrab dengan perniagaan anda dan dia akan memberitahu saudaranya, sekutu perniagaan, dan lain-lain yang mencari tempat cucian kering. Jadi, anda tiba-tiba menjadi komoditi yang sedang dikongsikan dengan orang lain.

3. Walaupun rujukan keluarga adalah besar, tetapi rujukan perniagaan adalah lebih baik. Jika anda menyediakan perkhidmatan cucian kering, pastinya anda akan mahu pembuat pakaian di sekitar kawasan itu untuk mengesyorkan perkhidmatan anda kepada pelanggannya. Begitu juga, jika terdapat kedai pengantin yang anda mempunyai beberapa hubungan profesional, maka rujukan perniagaan ini tidak ternilai! Kesetiaan pelanggan – apabila ada pemilik perniagaan lain atau kerani membeli-belah di kedai anda atau menggunakan perkhidmatan anda – seringkali menjadi pintu masuk ke sejumlah besar  pelanggan baru ke kedai anda.

4. Namun alasan keempat dan mungkin paling penting mengapa kesetiaan pelanggan sangat penting untuk perniagaan anda terletak pada fakta bahawa banyak pembelian utama tidak dibuat semasa hubungan awal. Sebagai contoh, jika anda adalah kedai perabot, anda mungkin mempunyai seseorang yang datang mencari meja komputer. Walaupun ini mungkin mahal – bergantung kepada bahan – secara umumnya barang-barang ini adalah item kecil. Tetapi jika pengguna berpuas hati dengan produk, penghantaran, persediaan dan juga harga, kemungkinan besar beliau akan kembali apabila tiba masanya untuk mencantikkan tapak semaian, membeli unit dinding baru, atau membeli set bilik tidur yang telah diidamkan!

Oleh itu, kesetiaan pelanggan adalah salah satu daripada banyak batu asas yang perlu anda letakkan jika anda ingin membina perniagaan yang berjaya.

Strategi 2: Berikan kredit diskaun. Ia mungkin untuk prospek yang sukarela kepakaran / perkhidmatan mereka. Ia mungkin mengubahnya untuk membeli laporan cetakan anda.
